Operational changes to our normal service between December 21, 2018 and January 2, 2019:
Our customer service line will be closed beginning December 21 at 2pm and re-open on January 2, 2019 at 10am. Any phone, email, or contact form inquiries will be answered in the order they are received beginning on January 2.
There will be no shipping between December 21, 2018 and January 1, 2019. All orders will be processed and shipped beginning January 2, 2019.
All orders placed with an expedited shipping option (UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day) will ship on January 2, 2019 via the chosen option.
All free return label requests will be issued in the order they are received by January 4, 2019. Our return window will be extended for customers requesting return labels while we are closed.
All refunds / exchanges delivered to our warehouse between December 17 and December 28 will be processed by January 7, 2019.
